Can I just buy parts for my piece of equipment?
Answer: Yes, We have parts for True, Ice-o-Matic , Manitowoc and others. We can also get whatever part you may need from our extensive network of parts suppliers simply with a Make, Model and Serial #.
What is your area of coverage?
Answer: All of Rhode Island, South East Massachussetts and area’s South of Boston and North West to the Worcester Area.
Do we give free estimates?
Answer: We provide free estimates for Installation quotes only. For standard service calls we charge a “Diagnostic fee” to find out what is wrong with your piece of equipment and give you an estimate of repair for you to approve. Call for details.

Answer: Yes we accept Visa, MasterCard, and AmericanExpress.

Do you charge Travel Time?
Answer: Yes, We charge “portal to portal” using GPS tracking devices Installed on all of our vehicles.
When do you charge for Overtime?
Answer: We Charge “overtime” for all time before or after our normal business hours, which is Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM.
