Here at GKT Refrigeration, not only are we the chosen warranty provider for True Manufacturing, we are also their regional dealer for replacement parts. What we do not have in our stock, we can order and have shipped to you in a timely manner.  Once you have called True and gotten your part number(s) give us a call, or fill out the order request to the left.  We will be glad to help you get the parts you are looking for!

What does Warranty Service Mean?

So your equipment is broken, you called the guy on your label and they told you to give us a call.  Perfect! Once you have called and sent us your warranty service agreement, we will schedule a service appointment to get issues taken care of for you. Warranty services need to be approved by the manufacturer while our technicians are on site. We will call them, explain the issue, and they will give us an on site solution, or send out the parts needed free of charge. We will return once those parts are received to get your equipment up and running.  Warranty providers will not approve any issues that occurred due to neglect of equipment or normal wear and tear. This is why routine maintenance is so important!
